Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your order, but if you are not for any reason please email Ruth at hello@pnutlondon.co.uk and we will do our best to sort the problem.  

For custom items, we will only receive a return if the item is faulty. Please return the item to us as soon as possible and within 14 calendar days of receiving the item and we will send you a replacement. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

If you wish to return a non-personalised item, please email us to let us know and send it back to us within 30 days of receiving the item and we will either replace or give you a refund. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
