WHAT'S THE COST OF DELIVERY?
Delivery to the UK has a flat rate of £2.50. All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do! International delivery has a flat rate of £4.95 for Europe and £7.95 for RoR.
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard delivery which is not tracked. Other options and carriers are available upon request
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Everything is made to order, and we do a lot of custom orders, so we do say allow up to 3 weeks from placing your order to dispatch, especially during busier periods. We aim to get things to you a bit quicker than this though! If you’re ordering for a specific date or event please add this to the order notes or send us a message so we can help to ensure everything arrives on time.

I CAN'T SEE A PHOTO OF THE LETTER / NUMBER / COLOUR-WAY I WANT - WHAT WILL IT LOOK LIKE?
We're more than happy to send you a mock up of your tee or sweatshirt if you can't see a photo of it yet. Check out our social media pages for lots of product pics and customer photos.
HOW CAN I TAKE CARE OF MY NEW PURCHASE?
Our tops are made with lovely soft cotton, and hand-finished with either velvety flocking and our amazing vinyl prints. They're super cool but they're delicate and we want you to enjoy them for as long as you can. So please take care when washing. Ideally gently hand wash (or a cool wash at 30 degrees) with the top turned inside out. Please do not tumble dry, but dry our stuff flat or hanging. If you're lucky to have any time to iron we would say cool iron on the reverse to get out any kinks or wrinkles in the design. Keep your gorgeous flocking fresh by gently using a lint roller on it, or even a bit of sticky tape, roll it sticky side out, around your fingers and tap away!
